Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 24 hours of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and undamaged.

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items marked as clearance sale.

Return Process:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.

  5. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

2. Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Non-refundable Fees:
