Shipping Policy – Hunters Hide

Holiday Shipping Update (As of Dec 1, 2024):​

To make sure your order arrives before Christmas, please note the following:

Orders Placed on or Before December 15th:​

  • We guarantee Christmas delivery for all orders placed by December 15th, as long as the item is in stock and there are no unexpected shipping delays.

  • Our team will process and ship your orders quickly to meet this timeline.

 

Orders Placed After December 15th:​

  • Orders after this date may not arrive before Christmas.

  • We’ll still ship them as fast as possible, but delivery before Christmas isn’t guaranteed.

 

Please Note:

  • This guarantee depends on our regular shipping terms.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location. We’re not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or other situations outside our control.

Regular Shipping Information-

We ship using USPS, DHL, and FedEx (tracked and insured). Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days, plus 1–2 business days for processing.

 

United States & Canada

  • Delivery in 4–7 business days.

Australia

  • Delivery in 4–7 business days via FedEx or DHL Express.

  • For remote regions, extra delivery charges may apply. We'll notify you by email after the order is placed.

  • To avoid remote area charges, we can also ship via Indian Post (delivery in 9–13 business days).

UK & Europe

  • Delivery within 5 business days.

  • Import taxes or VAT may apply (typically around 10–15% of the order value).

Rest of the World

  • We ship worldwide. Most remote areas are reachable within 10–12 business days.

Note: If you choose express shipping and your address is in a remote area, your shipping may be switched to standard and the extra fee used for the remote delivery. Delivery in that case may take 6–8 business days.

These delivery timeframes are estimates. Some remote areas in Europe or North America might face delays.

 

Late Deliveries

If your package is delayed, we’ll do everything we can to get it to you quickly. However, unless your shipment is delayed from our end, we can’t offer refunds for courier or customs-related delays.

 

Import Duties & Taxes

  • USA: Orders under $800 are duty-free.

  • Australia: Orders under AUD 1,000 are tax- and duty-free.

  • Non-EU Countries: Import duties may apply—please check with your local tax office.

  • EU Customers: Large orders may be taxed. Contact your local customs for more info.

 

Hunters Hide does not accept returns or refunds for charges due to customs or taxes. Buyers are responsible for these fees.

We do not provide estimated import charges at checkout. Every country has different rules, and charges may vary. For more information, please check with your local authorities.
